When the first Industrial Revolution began in the 18th and 19th century, it revolutionised the manufacturing world. In the 20th century, the production line dominated industries with mass productions in almost everything. Today, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence allow productivity to be even more efficient by automating almost all processes. While the machines and robotics continue to evolve, employees on the hand still found themselves doing a lot of mundane tasks.

Data entry processes, call centres, documentation and filing of records are just some of the most demanding and time-consuming jobs in the market in the late 20th century. Software was developed over the years to help minimise these tasks, but it was not still as efficient as it could be.
