NTT Group Introduces Compliance Management Solution with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Companies around the world have shown their interest in strengthening their compliance and risk management recently. In order for customers to meet these requirements, the NTT Group announces represented by NTT Advanced Technology Corporation (“NTT-AT”), Everis Spain SLU (“Everis”) from NTT DATA Corporation and itelligence AG (“itelligence” ) from NTT DATA Corporation a compliance management solution with robotic process automation (RPA). This solution delivers capabilities to collect and analyses data from on-site corporate HR and compliance systems as well as from cloud-based systems and supports customer initiatives to strengthen responsibility and internal governance control. The NTT Group plans to provide this service from the second quarter of 2020.

Companies face the risk of multiple controls and high fines by local authorities due to strict regulations set by many industries, especially in the financial industry. Financial institutions have problems identifying compliance problems and lack transparency in governance, due to the sophisticated of regulations and reporting requirements. Due to the complexity of their IT environments, there has been an increase of manual workload, longer processing times and more administrative work.

The integrated solution of the NTT Group combines the RPA tool ” WinActor ® (* 1) ” from NTT-AT, the SMCR solution from everis as well as the consulting and integration functions from itelligence to reduce complex manual tasks and coordinate compliance Combine related data that is managed across multiple systems, such as Excel (* 2) and other existing systems.

This solution, at the start will be offered as a compliance management solution for the UK’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), and will be expanded in response to regulations outside the UK to assist clients worldwide with compliance and governance management.
