A good amount of workloads today exist outside traditional data centres, as the current landscape of digital processes is shifting towards becoming more cloud-centric. But in order to seamlessly connect and secure your applications and data across private, public and edge/branch clouds, companies have to embrace a Software-Defined Networking (SDN) approach that can easily scale out regardless of what the underlying physical infrastructure may be.

Businesses and their IT teams are using software-defined networking to solve conflicts within their networks, but with the rapid expansion of enterprises, SDN alone won’t cut it. This is why VMware introduced their Virtual Cloud Network solutions that integrate various services in both IT infrastructures and cloud solutions to address this growth.

VCN features different platforms for various cloud functions, including NSX, NSX Advanced Load Balancer, NSX Cloud, VMware SD-WAN by VeloCloud as well as the VMware Telco Cloud portfolio. From data centres to the cloud, to the edge, all these capabilities enable VCN to give you a full-scale control of the enterprise, as well as better delivery of data and applications throughout your network.

To find out more, you have to attend the Virtual Cloud Network track which is part of the VMworld virtual conference held from 30th September until 1st October 2020. Sessions in the VCN track will cover cloud-scale networking, Telco 5G and SD-WAN strategies to connect and secure your apps and data across private, public and edge/branch clouds.

The track will feature speakers from VMware who possess deep industry experience and knowledge, including Tom Gillis, Senior Vice President and General Manager, NSBU, Sanjay Uppal, Senior Vice President and General Manager, VeloCloud Business Unit, and Susan Wu, Senior Product Marketing Manager.

If you are looking for the best way to achieve a one-click public cloud experience wherever your workloads are deployed, this track is not to be missed.
